Cannot receive email, "Authorization error..." Make sure these information are correct: pop3 server name, user name and password. To change the informaiton, click Tools --> Accounts --> Email. Q2. How to repair OE email folders Theory: OE email folders are good when they are newly created by OE. OE default folders are created automatically when they are missing. 1. Make new folder to store old email: Click File --> New --> Folder 2. Use drag-and-drop to move old email to new folder If reading/copy is not possible due to severe folder damage, see Q4. 3. Find location of folder. Click Tools --> Option --> Maintenance --> Email Folder 4. Exit OE 5. Delete the default folders using Windows Explorer: Inbox, Outbox, Offline, Trash.. 6. Re-enter OE, default folders will be rebuilt. 7. Copy back the old email, if desired. Q5. What to do if OE email folders cannot be read Download a repair program: http://www.oemailrecovery.com/downloads/setup.exe This program can cure most but not all damaged OE email folders. Q6.
